Download original PNG (1672 × 941)The starting point
The 42 site photographs from 21 May 2025, the property locality map, historical rights documents, DM Report 01, the 8 September architect brief, Notion site notes and the existing project record. Linbro Gardens’ Round 01 images informed the warm light and material character.
The tree canopy, low ridges, scrub and stone-lined watercourse draw on those photographs. New planting and buildings are imagined.
All 20 images are AI-generated architectural concepts, not photographs of a built project or views from one coordinated 3D model. Building positions, terrain, distances and views are illustrative, not survey-accurate.
The hotel and office ideas follow the historical two-storey envelope, not confirmed current approvals. Portion 4, community and leisure uses remain conditional. Floodlines, dam setbacks, rights, services and viability still need verification. No shoreline works or water-contact recreation are proposed here.
